These Terms of Use apply to your access to and use of the Knowledge Prism website, donation pages, forms, content, and related online services. By using this website, you agree to use it lawfully, honestly, and in a manner that does not harm Knowledge Prism, its donors, beneficiaries, partners, or systems.

About the website

The website provides information about Knowledge Prism programs, rural empowerment work, donations, monthly pledges, volunteering, partnerships, media updates, and donor support. Content is provided for general information and may be updated, corrected, removed, or reorganized at any time.

Donations and pledges

Donations made through the website are voluntary contributions to support Knowledge Prism's social-impact work, including skilling, education, and innovation initiatives. Donation processing is subject to successful payment authorization, payment gateway availability, bank or card network rules, fraud checks, and applicable law.

Monthly pledges, if enabled, may be processed through Razorpay subscriptions or another supported payment mechanism. By creating a pledge, you authorize recurring payments according to the amount, frequency, and payment method selected during checkout. Cancellation or failure handling is governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy and the payment gateway process.

Donor information and receipts

You are responsible for providing accurate information when requesting receipts, donation records, 10A/80G documents, or donor support. Knowledge Prism may not be able to issue corrected documents if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, unverifiable, or submitted after statutory reporting timelines.

Receipts and acknowledgements are issued based on payment records available to Knowledge Prism. A successful payment gateway screen alone may not be final proof if the payment is later reversed, disputed, failed, refunded, or flagged by the payment provider.

10A, 80G, and tax matters

Any reference to 10A, 80G, tax deduction, or donor documentation is subject to applicable law, organizational eligibility, donor eligibility, required donor information, and statutory reporting requirements. Donors should consult their own tax adviser for personal tax treatment. Knowledge Prism does not provide tax, legal, or financial advice through this website.

Permitted use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false or misleading information, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with payment processing, upload malicious code, scrape protected systems, impersonate another person, or use the website for unlawful, abusive, defamatory, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

Website content

Text, images, logos, design elements, reports, stories, and other website materials belong to Knowledge Prism or their respective owners unless otherwise stated. You may share public website pages for awareness, donation, volunteering, or partnership purposes, but you may not misrepresent the organization, alter official documents, or use the brand in a misleading way.

Knowledge Prism may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree with the terms, you should stop using the website and contact us for any pending donor support request.
